Hey, all! The World Wide Wrap is coming up on 2/8/26! So before you watch some really good tv ads and eat too much food, get your gang together and Leyn Tefillin!
World Wide Wrap is an initiative to collectively fulfill the mitzvah of wrapping tefillin and to educate our communities about this important Jewish practice. Participating will also earn your chapter a Quality Club Award credit—however, you must register using the link below.
What to do:
- Register for World Wide Wrap at: https://wrap.fjmc.org/registration/club-registration/
- Make a plan for your chapter for February 8, 2026. It may be helpful to identify a leader within your chapter to coordinate this effort.
Ideas to consider for your event:
- You can wrap on your own, or partner with other men, women, or community groups during morning services to broaden participation.
- Provide a small breakfast before the Wrap or refreshments afterward.
- Schedule a speaker following the event to attract additional attendees.
- Have extra sets of tefillin available for those who do not have their own.
- Some participants may be unfamiliar with wrapping tefillin, so please ensure experienced wrappers are available to help. (FJMC instructions for wrapping are available to download.)
- Invite recent B’nai Mitzvah youth to join the Wrap.
- Take pride in joining thousands of Jewish men and women around the world who will be wrapping tefillin together.
