About the Western Region
FJMC International maintains a regional organization of Synagogue-affiliated Jewish Men’s Clubs which are dedicated to the ideals and principles of Conservative Judaism, and for that purpose, to organize, develop and promote such Synagogue-affiliated Men’s Clubs in the Western Region. FJMC is now known as FJMC International (Visit this link for more info). The letters FJMC represent the organization’s core values of Friendship, Judaism, Mentorship, and Community.

Vision Statement
FJMC Western Region FJMC envisions a vibrant network where Jewish men cultivate meaningful relationships, discover a sense of purpose, and nurture their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Rooted in Jewish values and strengthened by brotherhood, we build connections that inspire and uplift our region’s clubs and their members. 

Mission Statement
We bring the FJMC International vision to life in Western region by creating inclusive spaces for men to grow personally and connect deeply. We do this by:

• Celebrating Jewish learning, traditions, and culture
• Providing financial support for network building and leadership development
• Hosting social gatherings and retreats
• Promoting service initiatives that give back to our clubs local communities
• Engaging with Israel and advocating against antisemitism and hate
• Mentoring future leaders to sustain our legacy
• Promoting health, wellness, and emotional support
• Offering a safe, welcoming environment rooted in respect and brotherhood
